Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) in the support for the safe flow of water sources, and on May 23, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) in the same court.

On December 24, 2016, the Defendant driven B-wing truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.120% at a section of about 20 meters in blood alcohol level from the soil street plant in the Dong-Eup, Macheon-si to the roads in the same city from GS Market in the same city.
