Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates B truck.

Any driver of a vehicle shall be prohibited from obstructing measurement of the load of the vehicle by means prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as operating devices of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, around 16:30 on September 17, 2014, the Defendant measured the weight of the vehicle at the business office of the Incheon International Airport Expressway, and obstructed the measurement of the vehicle's load by controlling the pressure control system using the fact that the third axis of the said vehicle is a flexible axis.
