Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 7,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven a straw-house car within three kilometers of approximately 0.134 % of alcohol level at the 0.134% under the influence of alcohol level on February 17, 2015, from the swine-house parking lot located in the northwest-gu, Ulsan to the front left of the same Gu.

B. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties is at the Hamba located in Ulsanbuk-gu G around 21:40, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties stipulated under Article 1(a)

After being arrested as a flagrant offender of a drunk driving, the license of the police officer was revoked due to the drunk driving, and the defendant's driver B was arrested for the suspicion of obstruction of performance of official duties and was in the police box, and the entrance door of the police box was sent to the police officer, etc., and the police officer's proper performance of official duties was interfered with the police officer's legitimate performance of duties concerning the dispatch of 112 reported duties.

At around 19:40 on February 17, 2015, Defendant B stated, “A(33 years of age) and I(29 years of age) wishing to confirm the drinking driving of Defendant A and arrest a flagrant offender on the ground that the police officer, who was a police officer, was assaulted for about 10 minutes of approximately 10 minutes, such as J and I’s knife, who was a police officer, and I’t knife the knife, on the street in front of Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., to report that he was a drinking driver, and obstructed the legitimate performance of public duties by the police officer regarding the duty of reporting dispatch for about 112 minutes.”
