1. Fraud;

A. Around December 6, 2013, the Defendant against the victim C made a false statement to the victim C “E” bank operated by the Defendant located in D5th floor at the PC at the time of light lighting, stating, “A new replacement is expected to replace a computer currently in use, and a medium-sized computer at the present PC bank will sell 34 feet in the 1 set, plus 455,000 won.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not intend to sell all 34 sets of computers to the victim, and 18 sets of money were sold to others.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 15,470,000 from the victim to the account of the company bank in the name of the Defendant, on five occasions from December 6, 2013 to December 20, 2013, and handed over KRW 8,190,000 for computer 18 sets to the victim.

B. On April 29, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement that he would transfer the right to accommodation at KRW 1.80,000 to the victim F by communicating with the victim F, who made a statement that he/she would purchase the right to accommodation on the Internet NAVanda website, and that it was said that he/she would transfer the right to accommodation at KRW 1.80,00,000,000 from the victim to the bank in the name of G, and acquired it by defrauded.

B. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement that he would transfer the right to accommodation in KRW 300,000 by communicating with the victim H, who included his writing to purchase the right to accommodation in the Internet Nurier's website, and that he received KRW 300,000 from the victim to the bank account in the I's name.

On May 9, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement that the Defendant would have 1.60,000 won by communicating with the victim J who included his writing to purchase the contact pockets on the Internet Niberian website, and that he received 1.60,000 won from the victim to the bank account in the name of the victim.
