A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special assault Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on October 23, 2020, the victim C (n.e., 61 years of age) located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Masan (hereinafter “D”); (b) around 61 years of age, the Defendant committed assault against the victim on the ground that: (c) on the ground that the Defendant: (d) she told the victim, who had seen to run sound in the vicinity of the above shop, the Defendant called “n.e., h., h.” on the ground that he she sawd into the above shop; and (d) she saw the victim as “n.e., h., h., h. to the end,” and she saw the victim as “n.e., h., a dangerous object carried by the Defendant.”
