Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) under the influence of alcohol at the C District of the Seoul Western Police Station C District located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul on June 21, 2015; (b) voice several times, namely, “Chewing feass, feass, fass, and go to the ordinary people, who are not state public officials; and (c) nhsingly, she must cut to the face by the police officers.” (d) When the police officers come out of the earth, the Defendant she sawd the earth door several times with his/her hand and her beam, and led to a sound “fassing and door.”

Therefore, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced and scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.

2. On June 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought the horses to the effect that “earing” was met from the police officer D (32 years old) belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station C District, and E (27 years old) belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station C District; and (b) when he was arrested as a flagrant offender due to the crime of obstruction of the performance of official duties, the Defendant saw the police officer D’s son’s son, who was arrested as a flagrant offender, as prescribed in paragraph (1) at the Seoul Western Police Station C District located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Western Police Station B.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers, thereby hindering police officers from performing their legitimate official duties on civil petitioners and arrest of flagrant offenders.
