Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2012, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven B, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.131% of blood alcohol level, the Defendant driven B, at approximately 50 meters, a car in front of the housing located in the Daegu Suwon-gu upstream to the front of the community credit cooperatives located in the same location.
