Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Nos. 3, 5, 6, 11 through 13 of the seized evidence shall be carried out by the accused respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. From December 9, 2009 to April 30, 2014, the Defendant, in occupational breach of trust, worked as the head of the experimental research institute technology development team in G Co., Ltd. (G; hereinafter “G”), which is a victimized company that manufactures additives for powdering, such as flat agents for powdering in F in Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, such as booting agents, luminous agents, control of the pattern, and agents agents, and engaged in research and development of additives for powdering.
