1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant were living together with a police officer from June 2013 to early 2015.

2. Determination

A. According to the facts of the judgment on the ground of the instant claim No. 1, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 20 million for the first claim and the damages for delay from December 1, 2014, the following day after the loan period, barring any special circumstance. 2) The Defendant’s defense is asserted that the Defendant paid KRW 6 million to the Plaintiff.
