Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, on February 27, 2016, lives of the Defendant in front of D, located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul on February 27, 2016

2. On February 27, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) taken the victim’s name in G-si operated by a person without the victim’s name, and paid the taxi fee, and (b) had the victim use the F-owned credit card acquired as referred to in paragraph (1) as if the victim had been given a legitimate right to use the card; (c) deceiving the victim by presenting it to the victim; (d) had the victim make the victim settle the taxi fee of KRW 23,00,000; and (e) had the victim pay the taxi fee of KRW 23,00,000; and (e) had the victim obtain pecuniary gains equivalent to the same amount.
3. On February 27, 2016, the Defendant attempted to purchase goods or services worth KRW 2,121,420 in total on 12 occasions from around 17:11 until March 10, 2016, when the victim was on a H-si operated and paid a legitimate right to use the credit card acquired as prescribed in paragraph (1) while paying the taxi fee, and she presented it to the victim, and she attempted to obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by allowing the victim to settle the taxi fee of KRW 17,800, and the F was refused to pay the card. However, the Defendant attempted to purchase goods or services worth KRW 2,121,420 in total from around 12 times until March 10, 2016, but was refused to pay the card.
4. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties on March 13, 2016, shall be the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central District Police Station 40-10, a three-lane radius around 23:45.
