Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 27, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on December 29, 2018 by imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention at the Busan District Court, which became final and conclusive on December 29, 2018.

Upon receipt of a request from B and C to cause a traffic accident by intentionally receiving vehicles from B and C, the Defendant received damage from the insurance company by intentionally taking advantage of vehicles violating traffic regulations, such as intrusioning the central line with B, C, etc., or changing the course of the party himself/herself, and acquired insurance proceeds in the name of the agreement money, or conspired to receive damage from the insurance company and to obtain insurance proceeds from the name of the insurance company in the name of medical expenses, etc., even though there is no fact that the occurrence of minor traffic accidents has occurred

On July 31, 2017, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a DNA car on the road in the vicinity of the Nam-gu Busan Western intersection. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant intentionally received the said car and led the Plaintiff to receive the traffic accident, and the Defendant believed that B, who was not the Defendant, driven a small-scale car and was on the part of the JJ while driving the said car along the said car.

However, the above traffic accident is a traffic accident caused intentionally by the defendant's driving, and at the time of the accident, the J did not have been on board the vehicle at the time of the accident.

In collusion with B, C, etc., the Defendant received KRW 6,317,840 (B, 1,080,220, 1,353,530, 1,080,220, 1,080,220, 1,277,340, 1,094, 430, 430, 432,100, 432, and 1,300, 277,340, 340, 300, 3, and 1,094, 430, and 432,100, etc.) from the victim company.
