1. In full view of each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 6 (including the branch numbers), the plaintiffs shall work for the defendant company.

As retired workers, Plaintiff A received monthly salary of KRW 2,50,00, and served from April 1, 2014 to December 10, 2015, Plaintiff B received KRW 3,200,000 monthly salary, and Plaintiff B served from January 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014; Plaintiff A’s wage of KRW 5,624,70 (wages wage of KRW 2,318,320 in October 2, 2015), KRW 2,50,00 in total, KRW 806,450 in December 1, 2015, KRW 3,00 in total, KRW 9,00 in total, KRW 3,00 in retirement pay of KRW 9,243,747, KRW 2947, KRW 194, KRW 208, KRW 209, KRW 300 in total, 209, KRW 47,2947, KRW 2947,205

According to the facts of the above recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff’s total amount of unpaid wages and retirement allowances of KRW 9,243,770, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from December 25, 2015 to December 25, 2015, and from April 15, 2014 to the date of full payment of the unpaid wages and retirement allowances of KRW 8,518,512 to Plaintiff B, as well as damages for delay calculated from April 15, 2014 to the date of full payment.

As to this, the defendant asserts that the plaintiff A worked only on November 14, 2015, and the wage for this was paid in full by December 2015, and since the plaintiff B was regularly admitted in May 2013, the retirement pay did not occur, and the wage was paid in full from June 2015 to September 2015.

However, according to the above evidence, the defendant was prosecuted for committing a crime that the defendant did not pay the above wages and retirement allowances to the plaintiffs and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million from the Sung-nam branch of Suwon District Court on November 16, 2016.
