A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

No. 2 and 3 of the evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on April 9, 2013 and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on September 17, 2013.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. From the lower end of December 2013 to the first end of January 2014, 2014, the Defendant: (a) Maurel, at which it is difficult to find out the trade name near the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu, 69-1, and (b) 300,000 won from D, and 0.7 ghon-phone, which entered D for a single use.

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 0.7g 300,000 won of philophone to D.

2. From the beginning of January 2014, the Defendant: (a) from the second floor of “F” unit of D operation in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun around the new wall’s order; (b) up to KRW 300,000 from D and 300,000 from D and 0.7g from the one-time injection machine to D.

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 0.7g 300,000 won of philophone to D.

3. On January 201, 2014, the Defendant opened approximately 0.7 ghon, which entered D through I, on the front of the H Hospital located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon.

Accordingly, the defendant provided D with approximately 0.7 g of philophones.

4. On February 3, 2014, the Defendant concealed plastic bags containing approximately 0.7 ghonphones in Seoul to a paper-to-door box, and sent them to the Chang-si Masan-si Masan-si 290 Masan-si Masan-si Masan-si Masan-si Masan-si Masan-si Masan-si baggage terminals using high-speed bus baggage to receive D. On or around the fourth day of the same month, D remitted KRW 300,000 from a new bank account in the name of the Defendant in the name of L (Account Number :K) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant sold approximately 0.7g 300,000 won of philophone to D.

5. The Defendant, from March 1, 2014 to 02:00, received KRW 200,000 following the day from D from a mother telecom where the name located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is unknown.
