A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) around November 10, 2012, at a non-permanent location located in the same-sex-ro, Daegu-gu; (b) the victim B, a university Dong-dong, leased the credit card to his/her parents due to his/her difficulty in living; and (c) he/she deposited the card with the head of the Tong in his/her Tong-gu; (d) the Defendant did not deposit the credit card payment with his/her own credit card; and (e) KRW 500,000,000 was claimed as the late payment charge; and (e) the Defendant was remitted from the victim’s account to the Defendant’s account,

However, the defendant did not lend a credit card to his/her friendship and thought that he/she would use it as his/her own living expenses, etc., and there was no income from the absence of a certain occupation at the time and there was no intention or ability to repay the money even if he/she borrowed money from the victim.

Nevertheless, as seen above, the Defendant, as well as deceiving the victim and deceiving the victim from the victim for the purpose of borrowing money, obtained 30,000 won from around that time to April 12, 2013 as stated in the attached list of crimes, and obtained 30,80,000 won as the borrowed money from the victim for three times from that time.
