Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 17, 2019, the Defendant installed and used the electric storage board on the Internet-based tittyp unit titr for heating at the apartment of the Defendant’s office located in Yongsan-si, and the Defendant’s office located in subparagraph C.

A person who uses the electric ledger has a duty of care to stop the operation by blocking all of them when going out for a long time, or to check whether the operation is normal from time to time by appointing a manager so that fire does not occur due to heat.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to set up seven parts of the 8th group of the above electric ground boards and continued to use all of them, while leaving the house at around 15:00 on January 17, 2019, and left the above electric ground boards at around 08:30 on January 17, 2019, and caused fire to be moved to the unit of the above C unit through a bee and a wall affixed by the negligence of leaving the electric ground board at the heatd by the electrical ground board at least 08:30 on January 19, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant caused the negligence to extinguish the repair cost of KRW 45,600,000 in total, such as the inside ceiling, wall walls, etc. of the victim Cho Lake owned by the victim D.
