Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

1. On March 24, 2019, at around 00:39, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties: (a) took the front of the Da-si, the victim C (the age of 60) was seated in the front of the Da-si, Sungnam-si; (b) taken the Da-si, which was operated by the victim C (the age of 60) and brought the Do-si, saying, “each year” on the ground that the victim re-enters the Defendant’s destination; and (c) taken the said Do-si on the ground that the victim re-enters the Defendant’s destination; and (d) took the Do-si, the Defendant hearded the victim’s phrase, “I am at the seat of the Do-si and

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's taxi driver's duty by force.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, upon receiving a report from the police officer dispatched at the time, time, and place as stated in paragraph (1), expressed that “scop and the body in the body of the police officer.” This two-way rings rings, inside the body of the police officer, “math on the body of the police officer,” lying off the door under the front gate of the patrol police officer, and drick on the two-lane road over four minutes, under the influence of alcohol in the direction of the police officer.
