Reasons
1. The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the allegations in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance shows additional evidence submitted in the court of first instance, the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justifiable.
Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance.
2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed for lack of reasonable grounds.
The judgment of the first instance is justifiable in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
