A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:10 on March 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was driving a D taxi in the direction different from the victim’s destination while getting on and off the ebbbbbban-dong located in the ebban-dong, Busan, U.S., on the ground that the victim was driving a taxi in the direction different from the victim’s destination; and (b) the victim called “I am going to the ebbbri-distance when I am on the ebbbri-distance; (c) I am the victim’s flbrith with his own hand; and (d) I am the victim’s finger with the victim’s hand; and (d) caused the victim’s injury to the victim, such as the victim’s son’s son’s kbine and tension in detail, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.
