1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years; and

2. Provided, That with respect to the defendant B, the defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

(a) No person other than a pharmacy founder who violates the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act may sell medicines or acquire them for the purpose of sale;

Defendant

B around February 2, 2012, Defendant A knew of contact information through the president of the adult product shop where “I am aware of the contact. I am informed of how I am am am am am am am am am am am am am. I am am am to supply “I am am am am,” and “Cal am am am am am 17,000 won per copy (30 known).”

(1) Around January 2013, Defendant B sold medicines to Defendant A, at the “H” office of the Defendant’s operation located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si, to supply the Defendant A with B, and then sold 2,207,000 sales proceeds from Defendant A in cash, and sold vina and Calop 3,797 proceeds from January 2013 to February 28, 2014, including sales of vina and Calop 53,158 sales proceeds from 30,898,000 won in total, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes.

(2) From June 2014, Defendant B sold medicines to Defendant A for treatment of sagra and Calves disorder at the office of “H” of the Defendant’s operation located in Heak-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju to supply Defendant A with 1,109,000 sales price, and sold sagra and Calves KRW 1,802, from June 2014 to December 8, 2014, including selling sagra and Calves KRW 12,614, total sales price of 7,140,000, as shown in attached Table 2.

(3) On December 10, 2014, Defendant B acquired drugs for sale from Defendant B, as seen above, purchased and stored B-owned J cargo vehicle from a person whose name was not known for the purpose of sale to Defendant B-owned.
