Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven a bone set of business around 22:40, and proceeded along the road in front of the Yellow T&T cafeteria cafeteria which is in the original city of the Gu and Sinsi (Gu) from the intersection of the Plaintiff, the Defendant neglected the duty of front-time care and went through one-lane from the (Gu) to the hospital of the Gunsi (Gu). On October 12, 2012, the Defendant was the victim C (the age 41) who was seated on the front-way road of the running direction due to negligence in the course of business, and was in the front of the said van.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the above occupational negligence by causing the injury to the two parts of the injury at the site of the accident.
