Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a B Kanpoon vehicle under his/her own possession as his/her duties.

1. On July 16, 2012, around 19:57, the Defendant driven the road of 21-19, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, along the speed of 7 meters wide from the side of the street to the Seoul hotel at which one-way road of 7 meters wide is unknown.

At this point, the driver's duty of care should not be allowed to enter the border because it is a one-way passage from the from the Geum River-ro to the Pream hotel.

Nevertheless, as a result of a negligence in violation of this provision and driving ahead of one-way traffic route after entering the road, it did not reach the part of the victim's left side of the above victim's bridge, which was turned back to the port by discovering the victim's C (n.e., 19 years of age) and driving ahead of the road, but did not reach the victim's right side of the above victim's side side of the bridge, and the victim's D (n.e., 20 years of age) who walked in the above victim's right side of the victim's D (the victim's 20 years of age).
