1. The plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. C filed an application for provisional seizure of shares with the debtor D, Inc. (hereinafter only referred to as D), and the third debtor, on November 2, 2010, by Seoul Eastern District Court Decision 2010Kadan9466, and on November 2, 2010, “D shall not engage in any transfer, pledge, or other disposal of the said shares. D shall not engage in any transfer, pledge, or any other disposal of the said shares. The defendant shall not make any payment of dividends, distribution of residual assets, or any other disposal of the said shares. The defendant shall not issue or transfer the said shares to D, and the defendant was served on the third debtor.”

B. The Plaintiff, as Seoul Eastern District Court Decision 201TTT2380, based on the executory exemplification of a notarial deed No. 1070, No. 1070, 201, the Plaintiff filed an application for share seizure with the debtor as to the shares listed in the attached Table 2. The Seoul Eastern District Court attached the shares to the Defendant on November 10, 201, “The shares listed in the attached Table 2 that D is against the Defendant shall be seized. Upon request of D, the Defendant shall not transfer a title holder or deliver a share certificate to the debtor. D shall not sell, transfer, or take any other measures against the said shares.”

C. The Plaintiff filed an application with Seoul Eastern District Court for an order to sell shares (attached Form 2) based on the Seoul Eastern District Court’s order to seize shares (attached Form 2). The Seoul Eastern District Court issued an order to sell shares on March 15, 2012 and confirmed on April 10, 2012, and the Seoul East Eastern District Court E issued the order to sell shares on May 13, 2013, pursuant to the Seoul East East Eastern District Court’s order to sell shares (2012TT 2371). The highest purchaser is the buyer.
