Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bchip car.

On January 26, 2017, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 18:30 on the 18:0, and led to the intersection from the right side of the mix to the west Chang High School.

At this point, there was a crosswalk in which signal lights are installed on the front door, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed to the person engaged in driving of the motor vehicle and to check whether there is a person driving the motor vehicle well, who is driving the motor vehicle, and to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the traffic signals to prevent the accident in advance
