Punishment of the crime

When the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree are to be exported, imported or returned, such goods shall be reported to the head of a customs office.

1. The Defendants conspired with the Defendants on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Customs Duties) on August 29, 2015, imported a total of 6 km (256,200,000, market price of KRW 282,480,000, and an amount equivalent to KRW 282,60,000) from that time to January 16, 2017, as indicated in the attached Table 1.6 km (Special Crimes Table 1. Defendant B’s violation of the Customs Act (Smuggling) received a proposal from D that “the head of gold bullion will be KRW 3.50,00 or KRW 4.50,00,00 from China to China at the transportation cost of the smuggling imported from China.” On May 17, 2015, Defendant B, including a smuggling of 1kg (the cost of goods KRW 42,520,00,000, the market price of KRW 47,047,00,00) from the time of the smuggling imported from Korea to the Incheon International Airport, from August 13, 2015, from the time of August 13, 2015, the list 2,3,4,7,10,10,11, and 13.”
