Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2014, the Defendant was punished for obstruction of performance of official duties, on the part of the police officer E, who was asked questions about the circumstances of the instant case from the police officer E belonging to the D Zone of the Science and Technology Police Station who was called out after receiving the 112 report, at hand, from the police officer E who was asked about the circumstances of the instant case on his own, within the Busan Simbel located in B, Busan, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties. On March 11, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of the said police officer’s 112 report on the following grounds: (a) the police officer’s chest part of the above E’s bridge was walking back on his head; and (b) the police officer F’s breast part of the above F’s bridge was sent back on several occasions.

2. On March 11, 2014, at around 04:28, the Defendant damaged public goods on the floor, a computer monitor of an amount equivalent to KRW 146,650, which was kept in a place where there was a good objection to being investigated about the crime under paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.
