A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A quasi-indecent act by compulsion on November 1, 2014, the Defendant 20 to 30 minutes of a 20-30 minutes worth, as rhythm of the victim D (the age of 22) by inserting the Defendant’s left hand, in the inner prison, the inner prison, 508 to 42 east C of the defendant, at the right side of the defendant, at the top of 3rd floor of the inner prison, at the front of 508 mal., the Defendant came to rhythm of the victim’s sexual flag.
Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts against the victim by taking advantage of the victim's mental or physical state of difficulty.
2. Indecent acts by compulsion;

B. On December 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) met the victim E’s left side side of the victim E, which was divingd at the place specified in paragraph (1) around 05:00 on December 6, 2014; (b) continued to dump the victim’s body in favor of the Defendant to avoid this; and (c) continued to dump the victim’s sexual flag with the victim’s inner part being locked; and (d) continued to use the victim’s sexual flag part in the victim’s left part with the victim’s inner part being locked; and (e) dump the victim’s body by drawing the victim’s body and putting the victim’s hands back to the Defendant, leaving the victim’s inner part of the body back to the Defendant’s panty.
