2. The Plaintiff’s assertion that the instant accident occurred, which was operated by the Plaintiff at the time, due to the Plaintiff’s failure to keep balance in the damaged part of the road at the point of the instant accident.

The Defendant neglected to repair the road as the manager of the road at the location of the instant accident and to take measures to prevent the occurrence of an accident, such as quiquions, etc. on the road damaged as in the instant accident, and caused the instant accident.

Therefore, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff’s damages incurred due to the instant accident, such as KRW 2,817,40, nursing expenses, KRW 2,299,743, consolation money, KRW 11,520,00, and damages for delay.

3. At the time of the instant accident, there was a damaged part, such as a video recorded in the separate sheet, and the point of the instant accident immediately after the Plaintiff’s accident occurred.
