1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 and its related amount are 20% per annum from April 10, 2010 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

Provided, That under Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Legal Interest Rates under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015; Article 15% per annum, which is the interest rate under the amended provisions, shall apply from October 1, 2015; and Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019; and Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the above annual interest rate shall be 15% per annum from June 1, 2019; and part of the Plaintiff’s damages for delay shall be dismissed.
