A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 19, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-hand car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.166% in the section of approximately 2km from the 706-5th day of the so-called So-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si to the 2nd-ri-ri-Eup-do-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si-ri-si-si,

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a vehicle B with low investment risk.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.166% during the blood transfusion at the time of the day indicated in paragraph 1, driven the said car and got to turn to the left from the marb from the mar of the Simsan-Eup Simsan to the mar.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by making a left-hand turn to the center of the road to a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and failed to make a left turn to the right of the road under the influence of alcohol as above, and failed to avoid the victim C(36 tax) who was driving by the victim C(36 tax) who was going straight ahead of the opposite to the road crossing, and received a part of the victim's back-hand left-hand side of the passenger car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C and the victim E (the age of 30) who was on board the victim’s frighting car in the above occupational course and the above frighting car, respectively, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
