A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury;

가. 피고인은 2013. 12. 중순 03:00경 강원 고성군 B에 있는 C 상황실에서 근무중 피해자 D(20세)에게 “손이 차갑다. 따뜻하게 해 주겠다.”라고 말을 하면서 소지 중이던 라이터를 켠 뒤 그 불로 피해자의 오른 손등을 지짐으로써 피해자에게 치료일수를 알 수 없는 오른 손등 화상을 가하였다.

나. 피고인은 2014. 1. 9. 09:00경 위 C TOD조장실에서 피해자 D이 윗몸일으키기 운동 중 쉰다는 이유로 주먹으로 피해자의 배를 수 회 때려 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 복벽의 타박상 등을 가하였다.

2. Cruel acts;

A. On December 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00 in the middle of 05:0, the Defendant 1-A (i) committed an act of gathering the ear and cocom of the victim D throughout several times while on duty in the situation room C as described in paragraph (c) and caused physical pain to the victim. B. The Defendant committing harsh treatment against the victim E is 1-A around 17:00 in the order of December 2013.

During the service at the C situation room as described in the paragraph, the victim E(19 years of age) suffered physical pain by putting the ear and nose of the victim E(19 years of age) two times.

As a result, the defendant abused the victim's power and abused the victim's harsh act.

3. On January 3, 2014, the Defendant commits an indecent act under Article 1-A around 18:00.

The victim is a victim who is friendly at the C situation room as described in the paragraph, has the victim feel a sense of sexual humiliation by making the victim feel a sense of sexual humiliation by panty of the victim F(21 years of age).
