1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from August 1, 2017 to June 14, 2019.

The damages for delay after June 1, 2019 are claimed as 15% per annum as the disposition.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
