A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the husband and wife who was married on February 8, 1992 between the victim D (mast, 47 years old) and the victim D (mast, 8 years old).

1. On July 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 18:30 on July 13, 2015, in the vicinity of the access road to the apartment in Gwangju-si, the Defendant: (b) was unable to discern things or make decisions due to alcohol dependence; (c) was able to look together with F on the ground that the victim was under drinking alcohol together with F on the day-to-day street; and (d) laid down bricks, which are dangerous things around the surrounding area, and caused the victim to take up two parts of the number of days to be treated (30cm in length).

2. At around August 22, 2015, the Defendant suffered injury: (a) around 18:21 to 20:21, the Defendant was unable to discern things or make decisions due to alcohol dependence on one’s own house located in the above E apartment 101-dong 312; (b) the victim was arguing that she frequently drinks with other men, including male and female, as stated in paragraph (1) due to the lack of ability to distinguish things or make decisions; and (c) the victim was under dispute with the victim as to why she frequently drinks alcohol with the victim; (d) the victim’s “I will not drink with male and female, if I will see it, she will not drink and drink it; (e) whether I will see it; (e) whether I will see it; (e) the victim’s hair and she will interfere with the death of the victim; and (e) the victim’s hair and she will boom the victim’s hair with the victim’s face by breaking the victim’s me.

The facts charged are the causes of the victim's death, such as the blood transfusion within the Dog River, the sporadic spoke fever, the inter-sporadic spoke, and the sub-spoke.
