A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by a fine of 4,000,000 (private million won).

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

around March 2012, the Defendant issued two copies of the household check, the issue date of which is April 30, 2012, and the face value of which is five million won. As the time limit for presentment for payment of the above check expires, the Defendant decided to arbitrarily change the issue date of the check and lend funds.

1. Violation of the Control of Illegal Check Control Act; and

On June 30, 2012, the Defendant changed the issuance date of the check in the Defendant’s residence located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, using a verification-type pen without authority, using the check number “E”, the check amount “5,000,000,00”, and the issue date “30 April 30, 2012” of the family checks in the name of C, which were issued “8/20” and entered “8/20” above.

Accordingly, the defendant modified a copy of the check for the purpose of exercising the right.

B. On June 30, 2012, the Defendant changed the issue date of the check in a manner that, without authority, the Defendant changed the issuance date of the check in the name of “F”, “F”, “5,00,000 won”, “F”, and “C’s family check issued date on April 30, 2012,” and written “8/20” above.

Accordingly, the defendant modified a copy of the check for the purpose of exercising the right.

2.
