Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving D's five tons truck.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 이를 게을리 한 채 앞 차와 지나치게 근접하여 운행한 과실로 피고 인의 트럭 앞에서 차량 정체로 인하여 정차 중이 던 피해자 E(49 세) 운전의 F 그랜저 승용차를 뒤늦게 발견하여 그랜저 승용차의 뒷부분을 위 트럭 앞부분으로 들이받고, 이로 인하여 그랜저 승용차가 그 앞에서 정차 중이 던 G 운전의 H 싼 타 페 승용차 뒷부분을 들이받게 하고, 계속하여 싼 타 페 승용차가 갓길로 튕겨 나가면서 그랜저 승용차가 싼 타 페 승용차 앞에서 정차 중이 던 I 운전의 쏘나타 승용차를 들이받게 하였고, 그 과정에서 파손된 그랜저 승용차 우측 하단 연료 통에서 누출된 연료에 불이 붙어 그랜저 승용차가 전소되게 하였다.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim’s death by occupational negligence as seen above.
