Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) in an influent coffee shop near the juki apartment located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan; (b) through B, he knows the fact, the Defendant is a person in charge of the construction of the juri rental apartment; and (c) he is expected to do the juri construction.

If expenses are required for the construction work, it will be repaid immediately if it is lent money.

“Along with the false statement to the effect that “A”, the victim was granted KRW 3 million in total on 12 occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, by means of borrowing funds from the said B to July 16, 2013, such as collecting money from the said B, and then borrowing money from the said B to the said time as seen above.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the right to subcontract related to the above apartment construction, and the defendant did not have the intention or ability to repay the money in accordance with the agreement, even if he borrowed money from the injured party because he did not have the right to do the construction work for other construction after the completion of the construction work, or the defendant did not have any relationship with the construction.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and deceiving him the sum of KRW 130,030,00 from the loan money.
