Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative director of the corporation B, and the defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of water supply and drainage facility construction business and packing business.

1. Violation of the Building Act;

A. Defendant A1 did not file a construction report with the competent authority on May 10, 2013, and around 2013, the Defendant constructed one warehouse with a floor area of 69.58 square meters in a light metal frame and a board board on farmland of 2,948 square meters located outside the urban area, the land category of which is “electric field.” (2) The Defendant, without filing a construction report with the competent authority, constructed one rest area of employees with a floor area of 15.75 square meters in light steel frame and steel board at the same place on May 20, 2013.

3 Around June 20, 2013, the Defendant constructed one warehouse with a steel pipe and steel plate with a floor area of 200.0 square meters at the above place without obtaining a building permit from the competent authority.

B. Defendant B, a representative of the Defendant, at each time, and at each place as set forth in the above paragraph (a) above, constructed two materials warehouses and one employees’ rest area as above without obtaining a construction permit or filing a construction report as to the Defendant’s business.

2. Violation of the Farmland Act;

(a) A person who intends to divert farmland outside an agricultural promotion area shall obtain permission to divert farmland from the competent authorities;

Around May 2013, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, the Defendant constructed a building, such as two or more warehouses, on the farmland as above, such as a steel plate and a panel, and used construction materials for the purpose of preserving construction materials, and used the remaining site as a parking lot.

B. Defendant B, at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant, a representative of the Defendant, diverted farmland without obtaining permission as above to the Defendant’s business.

3. Violation of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act;

(a) The defendant A shall engage in development activities in a planned control area.
