A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:05 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant discovered the victim D (at the age of 21) who was walking ahead of the C apartment zone in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and tried to commit an indecent act against the victim on his own.
