Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2017, at around 05:55, the Defendant driven a C-A-A-hurb-hurged car in the state of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.128% from a 600-meter section of alcohol level to the global loan mileage road located in 734, as the same Gu, from the 600-meter front of Busan-gu, Busan-do.
