1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 30,424,450 as well as 5% per annum from January 25, 2005 to August 11, 2005.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Partial dismissal of damages for delay on March 1, 2015 under Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act: The Plaintiff claims against the Defendant for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment. However, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 25, 2015 under Article 3(1) of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) is dismissed as there is no reason to acknowledge damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the enforcement date of the above provision to the date of full payment.
