A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, around 23:16, 2018; (b) the Defendant was urged to return home on several occasions from the victim slope E of the police box affiliated with the police station where he was called out after having received a 112 report that he was frighting, and used the victim’s flaps, such as “cing the victim’s flab, mold, flab, flab, d., cut off”; (c) the Defendant flabed the victim’s flab, flabed the victim’s flab; and (d) the Defendant flabed the victim’s right flab with the flab.
