When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “Dinging practice room” on the first floor of Boan-si C underground.

No karaoke machine business operator shall sell or provide any alcoholic beverage.

Nevertheless, around 20:40 on January 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sold a 40,000 knives to E and four other customers, namely, “Dking practice room”.
