A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From October 1, 199 to June 24, 2009, the Defendant respectively subscribed to 13 insurance products, including “the victim correctional life insurance company” and “the victim correctional life insurance company,” respectively.
