1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 69,181,706 and the interest rate thereon from December 30, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Claim against Defendant 1.: The judgment that deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Defendant B did not submit a written reply after being served with a duplicate of the complaint, and did not appear on the date for pleading, and therefore, it is deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession under Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Claim against Defendant 2.: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
