All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. In light of the summary of the grounds for appeal in this case’s sentencing conditions, the lower court’s punishment (one year of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. It seems that the defendants were in depth divided into the defendants, and it is reasonable to take into account the fact that the victims did not wish to punish the defendants by mutual agreement with the victims, and that the health status of the defendants is not good.
