Punishment of the crime

On March 2015, the Defendant was elected as the Dong representative of the 9,10Ra (No. 5 constituency) of the above apartment on or around March 2015 as the resident living in Busan Shipping Daegu apartment, and the victim D (55 years) is the head of the above apartment management office (living culture support office) and the victim E (n, 79 years old) are the head of the management committee (the representative of occupants) of the above apartment.

On April 6, 2015, the Defendant raised doubt to the effect that the victim D, the manager of the above apartment complex, and the victim E, the head of the steering committee, etc., would select a specific business entity that presents excessive construction amount and take unfair benefits in the color of the outer wall that is being promoted, and the victims argued that the Defendant was false educational background stated in the process of the representative election, and the victims demanded the Defendant to vindicate the academic background and decided to dismiss the Defendant at the steering committee on April 16, 2015.

On the other hand, on February 23, 2015, the Defendant registered the above apartment as a candidate for the Dong representative of the 9,10Ra (No. 5 constituency) of the above apartment, and stated “ging from the Busan National University” in the final academic background column. However, there was no fact that the Defendant graduated from the Busan National University.

Criminal facts

1. Destruction of documents;

A.
