Thus, this part is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

The portion of the first instance court’s amendment is 13/65 (“2/13” as “(i.e., 10/65) directly inherited from the deceased C, and (ii) the portion of “2/13” as “3/65 of the deceased C’s wife D.”
