1. The Defendant’s calculation of KRW 30 million to the Plaintiff at the rate of 20% per annum from August 5, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. In fact, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the lease of No. 201, No. 1720, Jan. 14, 2013, which is owned by the Defendant, to KRW 30 million (no monthly rent).
The lease term was terminated on January 14, 2015.
On January 26, 2015, the Plaintiff registered the right to lease a house under the order of lease registration No. 1720, and removed the Plaintiff from the office.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 30 million won the above lease deposit and the amount equivalent to 20% per annum from August 5, 2015 to the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
3. The plaintiff's claim is accepted on the grounds of conclusion or higher.
