Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has operated a restaurant in the trade name of “C” in Gyeonggi Kimpo-si.

1. Any person who intends to operate a general restaurant business shall provide the facilities necessary for the business and report the business in a market by type of business or by place of business;

Nevertheless, from August 10, 2013 to October 10 of the same year, the Defendant did not report the business to the competent City Mayor, and had the table, chairs, water capacity, cooking facilities, etc. in the above restaurant from August 10, 2013, and sold them to customers who found the restaurant.

2. No person shall sell foods that are likely to cause harm to human bodies because they are or may be contaminated with microorganisms causing diseases, or collect, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display such foods for sale;

Nevertheless, the Defendant sold food that is likely to harm the health of the human body, as it is contaminated with microbes that cause illness by selling the above restaurant to customers by cooking knife water using groundwater exceeding the water quality standard of drinking water at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and as such, selling food that is likely to harm the health of the human body.
