A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was suffering from a beer’s disease, which is a dangerous thing in the relevant place, on the ground that the victim was frightd; (b) while working for the victim E ( South, 56 years old) by drinking and drinking alcohol in D, which is located in C, around 20:35 on December 3, 2016.
