[2013Gohap334] The Defendant, at around 23:00 on July 6, 2013, carried alcohol with four persons, such as F, Victim G (at 13 years old), at the house of south-si, Nam-si, and was under drinking alcohol. The Defendant: (a) carried a victim into a small room, and laid the victim on the floor; (b) laid the victim on the floor; (c) laid the victim’s chest; (d) cut the victim’s breast; and (e) laid the victim’s shoulder; and (e) laid the victim’s shoulder; (e) laid the victim’s shoulder; (e) took the victim’s clothes; and (e) laid the victim’s shoulder; and (e) laid the victim’s clothes from the bottom; and (e) took the victim’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sexual organ, she raped the victim, who was a child or juvenile.

1. H and L combined with the “O” restaurant operated by the victim N in Guri-si, on September 10, 2013, around 03:00, L steals reported the network from the front of the above restaurant, the Defendant and H have damaged the correction device by cutting off the door door on the restaurant, and enter the restaurant, thereby destroying the correction device, having a swine machine with 1kg, drinking water with which the victim’s market price is unknown, and having nine drinking water and then cutting off the victim’s property at least eight times, as shown in the attached list 1 of the crime list;
3. In collaboration with H, L, and F, around 03:00 on September 18, 2013, L, F, the network of who was coming from the beauty room before the beauty room, and H, the beauty room behind the beauty room.
